Reviewable decisions
If you’re affected by a decision and think that it’s wrong, you can ask the Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai to review and reconsider the original decision.
You can apply for a review of:
- A direction issued by the Authority
- Conditions issued on a temporary drinking water supply
- A decision to grant or refuse an exemption
- A decision to refuse to authorise or to amend, suspend, or revoke an authorisation under regulations.
Submit your request at opssupport@taumataarowai.govt.nz within 20 working days after you become aware of the decision.
The Authority will review within 20 working days (unless further information is required). We will then advise you of the outcome of the review and the reasons for it.
